Presidents Office

Assists university leadership in coordinating key affairs, providing policy recommendations and administrative support.

Development Planning Office and Office of Social Resources

Formulates development strategies and mid-to-long-term plans; coordinates external social resources.

This office includes:

First-Class Initiative Construction Office and Quality Evaluation Office

Coordinates the implementation of the Double First-Class initiative and the High-Level University Construction Program, as well as discipline development across all levels.

 

Human Resources Office

Implements talent recruitment programs;

Establishes staffing plans and job posts;

Responsible for faculty and staff recruitment, evaluation, promotion, and transfer;

Manages personnel records and files.

 

Academic Affairs Office

Manages undergraduate academic affairs and oversees the Experimental Teaching Management Center.

 

Student Affairs Office

Responsible for ideological-political education, daily student management, financial assistance, and undergraduate admissions.

This office also oversees the Admission Office.

 

Department of Science and Technology

Organizes scientific and medical research;

Manages research achievements and awards;

Oversees university-affiliated research institutes.

Graduate School

Oversees graduate student recruitment, education, degree awarding, and day-to-day administration.

The Academic Degree Evaluation Committee Office is housed within the Graduate School.

 

Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges

Responsible for international partnerships, global exchanges, and affairs related to Hong Kong, Macao, and Tai wan.

 

Finance Office

Manages the universitys financial operations and budgeting.

 

Audit Office

Conducts internal audits and supervises financial compliance across the university.

 

Logistics and Infrastructure Office

Provides logistical support to faculty and students, including campus healthcare services.

Also manages the University Hospital.

 

Office of State-Owned Assets and Laboratory Management

Responsible for the management of state-owned assets and laboratory equipment and facilities.

 

Office for Retired Staff Affairs

Manages services and affairs related to retired university personnel.
