On June 18, the 2023 Commencement of NJUCM was held in Xianlin Campus, where nearly 4,000 students and teachers gathered to celebrate the graduation.

President Hu Gang encouraged the 2023 graduates and hoped that they would aspire to be ambitious explorers, practitioners and dreamers, and build up their careers in the construction of a strong nation. He expected the students to become great doctors who guarantee people's life and health, scientific experts who can decode the Chinese medicine, or excellent managers and entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical industry.

This year, 21 NJUCM students joined the ranks of the Western Programme and the Rural Revitalization Programme. At the ceremony, Cheng Chun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the university, presented the flag to the volunteer representatives.
