On the afternoon of September 28, the inaugural meeting of Taizhou Alumni Association of NJUCM was held in Taizhou. NJUCM’s Party Secretary Cheng Chun, Vice President Qiao Xuebin and representatives of alumni in Taizhou from all walks of life attended the meeting.
The alumni present at the meeting considered and unanimously approved the list of candidates for the institutional structure of NJUCM Taizhou Alumni Association, with Tang Renmao as the Honorary President and Jiao Jianhua elected as the President of the council. Jiao Jianhua said that the first council would establish a sound working institutions in accordance with the Constitution of the Alumni Association of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, build the Taizhou Alumni Association into a platform for alumni contact, exchange and joint collaboration, and strive to benefit the health of the people and add color to traditional Chinese medicine.

Qiao Xuebin presented the letters of appointment to the representatives of the first council of Taizhou Alumni Association.
Wang Jiulong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of NJUCM and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Taizhou Campus, accepted the donation of the Fengcheng Encouragement Scholarship of Taizhou Alumni Association on behalf of Taizhou Campus.

Cheng Chun emphasized that the establishment of Taizhou Alumni Association is an important initiative to comprehensively strengthen the work of the alumni association, and is of great significance in the development of the university's career and the alumni association.
