Recently, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission announced the list of the second round of “Double First-Class” universities and disciplines construction in which NJUCM has been successfully selected.
During the first round of construction, NJUCM adhered to the fundamental task of strengthening morality education, scientifically planned and coordinated to promote the construction tasks, and successfully accomplished the staged goals. The Construction Expert Committee of the Ministry of Education unanimously agreed that NJUCM has achieved a high degree of achievement in the construction of the first-class discipline of Chinese Pharmacology and has achieved remarkable results in the first round of construction.
In the new round, NJUCM will actively implement the requirements of national ministries, put more emphasis on the orientation of cultivating first-class talents and satisfying people's life and health needs, deepen the reform of systems and mechanisms, adhere to the characteristics of keeping integrity and innovation, interpret the principles of traditional Chinese medicine with modern science, and steadily progress towards the goal of building a world-class university of traditional Chinese medicine in an all-round way.
