Recently, the Office of the leading group for Jiangsu High-Level University Construction issued the Notice on the Announcement of the List of Universities in the Peak Plan of Jiangsu High-Level University Construction, and NJUCM was selected as Type A among 17 universities altogether.
Since being selected as one of the high-level universities in Jiangsu Province in 2017, NJUCM has been adhering to the educational philosophy of Benevolent Integrity, Benevolent Technique and Benevolent Person, systematically planning and coordinating the construction of the national Double First-Class University Plan and the Jiangsu High-Level University Construction Plan. The establishment of first-class disciplines has led to a significant improvement in NJUCM's comprehensive strength, and contributed to its great leap from Type B to Type A.
In the future, NJUCM will insist on the construction of first-class disciplines, implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality, solidly promote the spirit of reform and innovation, and continuously expand the influence of NJUCM, in order to build a high-level TCM university construction system with Jiangsu characteristics, Chinese characteristics, and world-class level.
