Confucius Institute of Chinese and Regenerative Medicine in Galway Hosted the Inaugural Global Alliance of Confucius Institutes for Chinese Medicine
On September 18th, the Confucius Institute of Chinese and Regenerative Medicine, jointly established by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM) and The National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), took the lead to establish the Global Alliance of Confucius Institute for Chinese Medicine (GACICM) with 17 Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms in 13 countries and regions, supported by Chinese International Education Foundation. Professor Timothy O 'Brien, Dean of the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Director of the Confucius Institute at NUI Galway is the chairman of the Alliance.
