University Leaders Visiting Medical Staff Fighting Against The Epidemic at Affiliated Nanjing Hospital of NJUCM

On the afternoon of February 5th, Professor Cheng Chun, Chair of University Administrative Council, and Professor Hu Gang, President of NJUCM, made a special trip to Nanjing public health medical center, which is affiliated to our university. On behalf of the university, they visited and consoled the medical staff at the forefront of the fight against new coronary pneumonia in Nanjing.
Professor Cheng Chun and Hu Gang initiated a communication with the medical staffs in the epidemic prevention ward of the hospital through the surveillance screen, spoke highly of them being role models to all the teachers and students. They also expressed sincere admiration and gratitude to them for surmounting difficulties and leaving their families behind to stay at the forefront to fight against the epidemic at this special time. At the same time, they are repeatedly advised to protect themselves properly and believe that the fight against the epidemic will be won through the concerted efforts of university and affiliated hospital.
