On October 15, 2019, on the 65th anniversary of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (NJUCM), the university held The Commemoration Conference of the 120th Anniversary of Mr. Cheng Dan An, i.e. The International Academic Conference of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with aim to inherit and develop Mr. Cheng Dan An’s educational and academic thoughts in Chinese medicine. Ms. Lu Guohui, Director of Personnel and Education, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ms. Zhu Min, Director of Jiangsu Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mr. Liu Baoyan, Chair, World Federation of Acupuncture -Moxibustion Societies, also Chair of China Association of Acupuncture-Moxibustion, Dr. Hedi Luxenburger, President of ICMART (International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques), Co-Chair of DAEGfA (German Medical Acupuncture Association), distinguished academics in the filed of Chinese Medicine, relatives and disciples of Mr. Cheng Dan An, faculty and staff of NJUCM, altogether over 400 representatives participated in the conference.
