The 2019 International Academic Symposium of Chinese Medicine Grand Master Professor Xia Guicheng Treating Infertility and Difficult Diseases Held in Nanjing

From October 12 to 13, 2019, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the 65th anniversary of the founding of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, The Chinese Medicine Grand Master Professor Xia Guicheng’s Office, The Professional Committee of Gynecology, Jiangsu Provincial Society of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology, The Teaching and Research Office of Gynecology, NJUCM, The Department of Gynecology, the Department of Reproduction Medicine, The Institute of Reproduction Circle Adjustment in The Affiliated Hospital of NJUCM have jointly hosted the 2019 International Academic Symposium of Chinese Medicine Grand Master Professor Xia Guicheng Treating Infertility and Difficult Diseases. Professor Zhou Huifang, Vice Party Dean of the Affiliated Hospital of NJUCM, Chair of the Professional Committee of Gynecology, Jiangsu Provincial Society of Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology hosted the opening ceremony of the symposium.

Aimed at promoting the inheritance and innovation, opening up and development, connecting with international communities, the symposium this year invited altogether 258 experts in the field of Chinese medicine gynecology from Japan, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions, and the alliance of Chinese medicine gynecology clinical treatment in East China, as well as over 100 medical institutions all over the country gathering in Nanjing and learning Professor Xia Guicheng’s “Yi Yun Theory” in the clinical setting for adjusting menstrual periods and promoting pregnancy. The participants discussed and shared the latest development in treating infertility and difficult diseases by Chinese medicine.
