Yangzhou TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (Yangzhou Hospital of TCM），which is located next to the Slender West Lake，has gone through 39 years of development. It seeks to play a characteristic advantage of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the improvement of comprehensive service capabilities. Every solid pace is engraved with marks of the struggle. With the concern of municipal Party committee and government， especially the guidance of Yangzhou Health and Family Planning Commission, the hospital has become the largest and most influential comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Yangzhou. Great progress has been made in infrastructure construction, discipline construction and cultural construction. The Hospital is the only Third Class A Level Hospital of TCM in Yangzhou. So far, Yangzhou Hospital of TCM has been evaluated as the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the first batch of standardized training base of resident doctor of TCM and general practitioner, the first batch of innovation pilot unit on the mode of diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
