NJUCM Gained One Second-Class Teaching Achievement Award at National Level
    

Recently, Ministry of Education released the Decision of Approving 2018 Teaching Achievement Award Project at National Level. Medical and Teaching Synergy, “Three Fusion” Innovation and Practice of Clinical Teaching System of Chinese Medicine, which is recommended by NJUCM and mainly completed by Huang Guicheng, Wang Yue, Xu Junliang, Han Xu, Wen Xiang, Tang Decai, Gao Jinbiao, Jin Guilan, Liu Yueguang, Zhang Xiaosu, Gu Guohua, gained the Second-Class Teaching Achievement Award at National Level. 


Through many years of practice and exploration, the team of Prof. Huang Guicheng broke the traditional training mode of bachelor degree of Chinese medicine, constructed “three fusion” clinical teaching system of Chinese medicine, including the fusion of university norm and hospital management, the fusion of theory teaching and clinical practice, and the fusion of university education and master-disciple education. The team of Prof. Huang Guicheng pioneered to propose the theoretical connotation of medical and teaching synergy, which took quality management as the core and established working mechanism, pioneered to construct the theory teaching, clinical practice and skill training as a unity, and pioneered to establish and implement appraisal system on the teaching work of affiliated hospitals. This teaching achievement highlighted the characteristics of Chinese medicine education and integrated the whole process master-disciple education into university education, innovated the cultivation mechanism and mode of undergraduate talents of Chinese medicine.
